1. Are all your crystals genuine?

Yes. All crystals at Chachan Stones™ are 100% natural, authentic, and ethically sourced. We do not sell artificial or dyed stones.

2. Do you cleanse and charge the crystals before sending them?

Yes. Every crystal is energetically cleansed and positively charged before dispatch, so it’s ready for use when you receive it.

3. How do I cleanse and charge my crystals after I receive them?

You can cleanse them with sage, incense, or by placing them in sea salt. To charge them, place under moonlight (especially full moon) or on a Selenite plate.

4. Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, Chachan Stones™ delivers only within India.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery within India takes approximately 4–7 business days depending on the location.

6. How will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with tracking details.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through trusted gateways.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD. All payments must be made online for a smooth and secure process.

9. Can I return or exchange a product?

10. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve it promptly.

11. Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping within India is free for most orders. Any applicable charges (if any) will be shown during checkout.

14. How should I store my crystals?

Keep them in a safe, clean space, away from harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight. Storing them in a soft pouch or box is ideal.

15. Do you provide authenticity proof for the crystals?

Yes. Every order comes with a Chachan Stones™ authenticity assurance, ensuring that you receive only genuine crystals.

16. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Currently, we focus on individual and retail orders. For bulk or gifting inquiries, please contact us directly.

17. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
