1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver only within India.

  • We do not offer international deliveries.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Each crystal is cleansed, charged, and packed securely during this time.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India: 4–7 working days.

  • Remote or rural areas: delivery may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on most orders within India.

  • Any extra shipping fee (if applicable for remote locations) will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email.

6. Delay & Liability Disclaimer

  • We work with trusted courier partners, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, courier issues, or government restrictions.

  • Chachan Stones™ is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
