This Payment Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions relating to payments for purchases made on www.chachanstones.com (“Site”), operated by Ambica Texofab under the brand name Chachan Stones™ (“Chachan Stones”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By transacting on our Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy, which must be read with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  • By placing an order and making a payment, you agree to comply with this Payment Policy.

  • We may modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.

2. Eligibility to Transact

  • Only individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may make purchases.

  • If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must complete the transaction on your behalf.

Note:
We do not currently accept:

  • International debit/credit cards

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Chachan Stones™ reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4. Payment Security

  • All online payments are processed via secure, PCI‑DSS‑compliant third‑party gateways.

  • We do not store or collect your card/bank details; they are encrypted and handled by payment partners.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and lawful (you may not use cards or instruments you do not own or are not authorised to use).

5. Payment Issues & Liabilities

Chachan Stones™ will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by:

  • Insufficient funds or exceeding your credit/debit card limit.

  • Incorrect payment information provided by you.

  • Transactions declined by your bank or payment provider.

  • Technical issues (gateway downtime, internet failure, server delays).

If payment is flagged for review (e.g., suspicious transaction or mismatch in billing details), we reserve the right to delay dispatch or cancel the order until verification is complete.

6. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

  • You are responsible for all applicable fees, duties, and taxes on your order.

  • In case of a pricing error (misprint or system glitch):

    • If the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference.

    • If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for confirmation before processing; if you decline, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

8. Fraud & Unauthorised Transactions

  • If you believe there is an unauthorised charge on your account relating to Chachan Stones™, contact us within 7 days at chachanstones@gmail.com with details.

  • If we determine that an unauthorised transaction has occurred, we will assist with investigation, but we are not liable for losses caused by compromised cards, accounts, or payment instruments.

9. Failed Transactions & Invalid Payments

  • If your payment fails or is invalidated by your bank/payment provider after your order is processed, you must re‑make the payment within 7 days of notification.

  • If you do not, Chachan Stones™ reserves the right to cancel the order and/or take legal action for recovery of dues.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding payments will be handled as per Indian law.

  • Jurisdiction will rest exclusively with the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
