Return & Refund Policy

At Chachan Stones™ (operated by Ambica Texofab), we uphold the authenticity and quality of every crystal. Each piece is carefully inspected, cleansed, and packed before leaving our studio.

Since crystals are natural and energy-based products, we follow a strict return policy with clear conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • After 5 days of delivery, no return or refund will be processed.

2. Valid Reasons for Return/Refund

You may request a return/refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged in transit

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

3. Mandatory Conditions

  • All complaints must be raised by emailing us at chachanstones@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • WhatsApp or phone calls will not be considered valid complaint channels.

  • An unboxing video (continuous, uncut) showing the package opening is mandatory to claim damage, defect, or missing item.

  • The product must be unused, uncharged, and in original packaging (including shipping label).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, cleansed, or charged crystals

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Minor natural variations in color, size, or shape (since crystals are natural, these are not considered defects)

  • Personal care items (e.g., crystal rollers, gua sha, etc.)

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped only after the return is received and approved.

6. Order Cancellation

  • If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, email us at chachanstones@gmail.com with your order ID.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will provide a 100% refund to your original payment method.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible from our side. You may refuse delivery; once the product is returned to us, we will refund the amount after deducting both-way shipping charges.

7. Order Marked Delivered But Not Received

  • If our courier partner marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please email us within 24 hours at chachanstones@gmail.com

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

8. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, personal preference, or any case other than our error), the return courier/shipping charges must be borne entirely by the customer.

  • If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong product delivered or product damaged in transit), Chachan Stones™ will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Customers must pack the product carefully in its original packaging. If the product is received in a damaged, used, or soiled condition, the return/refund request will be rejected.

  • If the customer ships back any product without our written approval, it will not be accepted or refunded.

9. Important Notes

  • Payment Gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable, Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For Razor pay payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%); and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards; All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). We may change our policy at any given point in time without giving any notice. Please read it carefully before placing an order with us.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If the refund is delayed beyond 10 working days, kindly check with your bank first.

  • This policy may be updated anytime without prior notice. Please review before placing an order.
